Service was very disappointing, as they took over 30 minutes to take our orders. Very small portions food. I thought the main was an entree because of how small it was. Menu was very basic, not much choice, especially because they have taken pizzas and many other mains OFF the menu. The food was average, nothing to brag about. Everything was overpriced. a standard glass of wine cost $13, what rip off! Overall it was a very disappointing exprience, will never be going back there again!

Food was good, but service was terrible. Waiter said sit anywhere, but no tables were actually set. Had to ask, twice, when we wanted to order, my friend ordered pasta with broccoli, it came with peas and broad beans, as there was no broccoli! No apology. We ordered pizza to share, and pasta dish each, it all came at once, so it got cold. We weren't offered coffee and had to go to front desk to pay. Unlikely to go back.

After a movie at Cinema Nova we decided to dine at Mr Pietro, given that it had been recommended by a few of my friends. It was a great choice. We started with the mussels, which were in a white wine sauce, so delicious. Next we had the puttanesca pizza with a tomato salad, equally delicious. The ambience was calm and sophisticated and it was also reasonably priced given the elegance and delightful surroundings. Will return and definitely recommend this restaurant.

It takes a lot to prompt a review the day after a visit, but the service here was so spectacularly terrible that this is a necessity. Visited with a group of 8 and the restaurant was not overly busy (we arrived 6:30 and we were almost the only ones there at the start). We had to flag down a surly waiter, who mostly stood chatting in the kitchen, for EVERY SINGLE action. From water, to wine, to bread, to butter, to ordering. And every time we got an eye roll that was almost comic in it's over the top nature. It felt like they were trying to see how much they could push you before you walked out. The food, fine, but nowhere good enough to make up for the horrible service.
