Subway

Served raw bacon in my sandwich as they had apparently run out of ham and substituted in the bacon. This was “perfectly fine to eat raw as it’s streaky bacon” I was told when I called the store. Reached out to Subway head office as this is obviously against food safety standards and perhaps the manager on duty didn’t know. I have yet to hear back from them either. Poor form Subway, pick up your game.

Ordered 2 sub from here through uber at 1:30am. Sauce was tooo short.. And the bread was too hard to chew.... And blt's bacon wasn't cooked at all..... People want to pay for proper meal .. I understand you guys don't wanna work and feel tired but Plz keep that in mind.. Don't make people waste their money

The food is, same as all subway, good. The thing in upset about is, after moving to the city, the so called 24hr subway, which keeps its doors open but actualy will tell you they aren't selling right now, it's happened at 10pm at 1am at 3am at 5am at 7am so so so many times, and it's false advertising subway, i even wonder if your bosses know of the amount of costumers the staff is turning away every night, whilst lying about being 24hr. It's disappointing, choosing to eat out, taking the trip, and being told to wait a few hours and to wait fifteen minutes and then still be told they can't do it. The stores boast massive profits. They're the largest chain in many countries, owned by mcdonalds, so why are they advertising 24hr service and literally every night, turning away costumers, keeping the doors open and lights on is a absolute forced misconception that they are open 24/7 the lie has been happening for atleast a year that i know of, and if they are going to trade fairly and honestly, then this should be addressed for the respect of their regular decent people who are propping up their profits. Alot of people know this pain. We want to be able to call the stores reputation respectable again, the cleanliness and food are up to scratch, please just feed us, it's the number one reason your there, next to profits. Or are you too rich now to care anymore

Ordered online and arrived 2 mins after expected ready time. Took a minute or two for someone to serve me and it turned out they hadn't started making it yet. No point ordering to pick up if you're gonna have to wait anyway. They also either forgot to put any cheese on or put so little that I couldn't see/taste it.

Opened the door to the subway and was greeted by a rude staff member at 2:45AM 1/5/22. He kept saying "The doors are closed, get out!" "You need to go! Get out!" He said they were CLOSED even though it's 24 HOURS!! He then opens the doors in the front and then keeps saying its closed to other customers that it's closed and he is waiting for a delivery. It seems like he just didn't want to do his job. This guy needs to be fired.
