Super impressed with the packaging and the selection of whiskies for the tasting. Was great to hear from Jose and the tram talking us through these amazing Ichiro’s malt selections and to taste the great drams. Would highly recommend their tastings and the shop online. Great finds and awesome knowledge out there!

Had the worst experience ever and still yet to receive the refund they promised. Bought 3 tickets to Whisky Abbey in July but couldn't make it as they postponed the festival due to lockdown. Was gonna returned the tickets in September but they said they would release some tasting packs in late October/early November if I would be interested, I wanted to see what's in the tasting pack, so didn't get the refund. In November, I emailed them multiple times on 8/11 and 24/11 about the tasting packs but they never replied. Called the store, said they were busy and offered me the tasting packs, I said it's okay, just refund me the tickets, he's like no worries. Until two days ago no refund still and it had already been more than three weeks, so I called, the guy said he could not issue the refund from the store and asked me to email a guy called Jose. Emailed straight away but still no reply after two days. I understand the business' hard with COVID and everything, if you are broke can just say it and we can probably find another solution and I didn't have to waste my time on just 150 bucks. But ignoring my emails, promising me something you cannot deliver or pushing the responsibility to others are just not the right ways.

Casa De Vinos is a fine place with a strong history of delivering professional and personal service. I've been collecting whiskey and scotch for years and this little shop does just as well as some of the bigger establishments I've been through. Their staff are helpful and knowledgeable, their selection is broad internationally and deep in quality, and I can definitely see myself coming back here for more. Definitely recommend!
