A hidden gem right next to Melbourne Central. The place is well maintained, price is very reasonable and great portions. However, the customer service is terrible. There was no greetings as we walked in, the lady has an expressionless face. She doesn’t talk much instead show the way using sign language. For example, I asked her “Can I get some water?” and she didn’t speak a word instead pointed me towards the wall nearby. The restaurant was empty and I wanted to choose my own seat and when asked, she gave me an unhappy look that even my friend asked, “dude she looks like she wanted to kill you”. The food was delicious and I would definitely visit this place again. Loved the easy payment option that I can use my Apple Pay from phone. We can order both in Chinese and English. Wish the management will see this post and give the employee some training. PS : She did managed to say “Thank you” at the end.

A nice hidden gem! We came across this restaurant when we walked along the Lt. Lonsdale few weeks ago and decided to give it a try today. The place was quite spacious and bright. The decoration was unique and gave a quite relaxing ambiance. We ordered the fish bowl noodle soup and dry noodles pan mee and they were delicious. We also ordered the tea eggs and I liked the sweet and salty flavour of them. Overall, it was a good experience and we'll come back again next time.

Highly recommend the fried chicken and the spicy noodles! The rice wine is a must add! Perfect balance of toppings and noodles... I usually order the same noodles and the flavours and quality has been the same since they opened. I quite often find myself craving for this spicy noodles! The herbal tea is not overly sweet, so perfect for summer time!

Freshly home made noodles and a wide variety of soup bowls to choose from. The spicy soup version is not overly hot, rating of 5/10 spiciness level. Pro tip, there's rice wine on the table, pour some in your soup! It's amazing. We also ordered the fish balls, they were actually freshly made as well, soft and very tasty.

Food: ordered the spicy beef and the spicy noodles as well as fried chicken ribs and deep fried tofu puff. The noodles were not bad but Tina's still better. They are still quite enjoyable though and the beef were tender. We tried adding a spoonful of the Chinese cooking wine but can't tell if it actually enhance the flavour. Prob need to add more but I didn't want it to make my soup less hot. The chicken ribs are nice. The deep fried tofu puff is very crispy but lacking in flavour. You need to eat them with the dipping sauce. Place: bright and plenty of seats. We didn't have to wait for a table. Service was good and staff are friendly, friendlier than what you would expect from a Chinese restaurant.

This newly opened restaurant is located on the second floor serves Chinese noodle soup. I'm normally not a fan on Chinese soup noodles because I find them to be on the bland side. However I am truly impressed by the dishes here. Their soup is depth in flavour and they provide Chinese wine on each table to further enhance your soup when you add it. Highly recommend adding bit by bit to your taste. The other surprising star is the crispy tofu puff! Extra crispy and the fish paste combo brings it to the next level. Highly recommend this place! Affordable, quick, healthy, and consistently good quality food. The atmosphere is very casual, so it’s great for solo dining. I highly recommend the clay pot (the photo with the black bowl) if you’re looking for a change from the superior chicken. But almost everything on the menu is delicious. Highly recommend.
