What happened to the white proten ball taste.. used to be my favorites.. either recipe has changed or nor prepared right. Completely tasted off.

Super rude lady (the boss). My friend asked a simple of question, for a second straw, in a nice tone but the lady responded very rudely for no good reason with absolute attitude. We went back and she apologised but you guys should seriously work on your attitudes and if you are having a bad day, don’t bring it to work. You have plenty of reviews talking about your bad attitudes, work on it. 💖💖💖

Rude, arrogant and disrespectful staff. Don't go there and waste your money!! Made us feel stupid for ordinary at the counter and asking a staff member a questio . He said we could've just placed our order via the machine. Lazy and rude.

The juices are always the same at every store I have visited but I was pleasantly surprised by the service and friendly chat at the counter.

The attitude of the staffs was very bad.!!!When I order no ice she said that the drink would not be full,it’s ok ,that’s make sense . But why we ordered full ice and the drink still not full??? when we ask one more straw for my kids, huge attitude and unfriendliness showed by the short guy at the till and his colleagues and she tell us「one drink one straw!」wt? What the ridiculous I had never hard.
The drink is not only “not full”,but also just 70% full. Is this normal??? I paid $7.8 only got 70% drink?!hahaha

Since sales were low for they day, they were closing up early, hence they were only doing basic smoothies, it was still about an hour before closing time so I asked the staff working if they could make me a protein supreme still since I had just finished gym. The man working was kind enough to unpack and repack almost everything just to make me that one drink and I must say it was delicious!
