Hands down legit the best vegan laksa I have ever found in Melbourne!!! The soup is not overly sweet and is just perfectly creamy and spicy enough and full of flavours! Loaded with all the goodies which taste so much like seafood which freak me out when I tried the first time :p I have tried this place for a few times already.. never disappoints. Staff is friendly and helpful as well! Defs worth visiting :)

I don't normally give negative reviews to restaurants as, if there is an issue, I can simply work it out with the restaurant. In this case, it wasn't just the food that was unacceptable, but also the service. We ordered 5 steamed dumplings, 3 steamed buns (a satay bun and two taro buns) and a wonton soup. All three buns were freezer burned and rock hard. They were not edible. The wonton soup was a vegie stock, with three fried wontons on the side. The stock itself was of a poor quality, but more importantly, fried wontons with a side soup is not "wonton soup". The dumplings were fine, but at $14, not the best value. I advised the restaurant that one dish was not what we ordered, and that the entrees were not edible. Despite having a receipt + photos of the food, the restaurant would not accommodate a replacement meal or a refund. The staff member said they weren't allowed to process refunds and would need to get permission from the store owner. They took down my details and said the owner would get back to me. The owner has not gotten back to me. Overall, very disappointing food and customer service.
