Tgi Fridays

We went to TGIF for a late dinner about 8pm which is pretty much close to when the kitchen will close but as we didn't book early, it wasn't much of a choice. Tip: Try to book early if you can. The food was good and so were the drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Eden - a wiz with the drinks. Get him to recommend and prepare something for you. :) The atmosphere in the restaurant was nice and cozy. Very relaxing. Wait staff were friendly and helpful. The food took some time to come and they got a couple of orders wrong which they were most apologetic. We got a free dessert and drinks thrown in for this. All in all, I would recommend this place.

Celebrated my 32nd birthday here and drove 1.5hours to give it a try. It didn’t disappoint us as our food were yum, service was superb despite we haven’t made reservations. Online orders were user friendly and orders were served quicker than expected as they were full house. Overall experience was great and foods were delicious.

Very disappointed, premium price for very very basic food that was served cold. Fries tasted as though they were re-heated. Ordered 2 burgers, One Crispy Cajun Chicken Burger with fries and one FRIDAYS Bacon Cheeseburger with fries Buns were not fresh, meet was Flavourless even the hot chocolate was flavourless, staffs were friendly except one guy, Will not be back! Luckily ice cream tasted like an ice cream

So I order a cheese burger with an extra patty which came with chips and tub of sauce, and I ordered myself a Canadian Club dry. Unfortunately I wasn't happy with the quality of my meal, the meat wasn't seasoned at all might as well had gone to a fish'n'chip shop. The chips weren't seasoned also which is hard to fathom...don't they have salt in the kitchen.? I was charged an extra $2 for the sauce because they supplied tomato but I wanted honey mustard instead (should of seen that coming) And the Canadian Club had coconut flakes all throughout it which it is not ment to obviously I told the staff and they replace it saying that they have a new coconut drink special and the flakes are everywhere in the bar (so a lot of cross contamination behind the bar) when they gave me a replacement but again filled with coconut flakes (luckily I ain't allergic lol)

When we first got here, we waited at least 10 minutes for our table to be ready, fortunately the staff were really nice to us however when it came to the food and drinks it was a different story. I waited 20 minutes for 2 margaritas, I can understand when a place is busy but I have never had this happen anywhere else. Then about 10 minutes after the margaritas came out so did my food, the nachos. Disappointing doesn’t even begin to explain the quality of this food. It was only just warm, barely any salsa and was not a big size portion. I ate it anyway but ended up having to order more food. About 20 minutes after my food came out, my 2 friends received theirs, one of the meals was fine but mt other friend who got the burger said it was so dry and she barely ate it. Another 15 minutes later my boyfriend finally received his scotch fillet steak. The steak was chewy, the onion rings tasted like they’d been sitting there for 30 minutes. My friend also ordered fries and it was the same situation as the onion rings so we had to send them back. I applaud the great service from the wait staff but i really am disappointed in the decline of quality of food.
