4/7/22, 5:30 am. the staff told they are closed for 15 minutes its been over 25 mins still waiting for them to open the door. Whats the point point of 24/7? Its the same story second day yesterday also 3/7 4-5 am closed. Please either change your timings on the maps or teach your night staff about customer service; i have myself worked at fast food chains night shifts this is not at all how we dealt. They could at-least let the customers enter and tell them which variety they can cook and which they can’t cook as those specific equipments are on cleaning.

Unclean restaurant with fast service and small meals the size of a $5 happy meal. Got a medium spicy chicken meal for $13 which had a chips smaller then macdonalds small, a burger where crunchy crust is fallen off from the chicken leaving just the chicken without crust. Only thing that they got right was the drink but even that took science to figure out where the straw goes in. Also service counter had you repeat the order several times, even when I was pointing at burger behind the counter on the screen. All in all its just junk food you might need in a hurry before your travel.

There is a younger or shorter chubby lady that works in this joint that really needs to pay attention to her job. She gave away my online order to someone else in the past causing me to miss my train as I waited an extra 10 minutes for it to be made again and now this time she was to focused on trying to intervene in 2 other workers conversation and made my latte without any love, I really think she needs to be reassigned to cleaning the restaurant because ain't no man wants a woman cooking there food without love, F THAT & F HER.

Disgusting....i ordered a vegan burger and I got some beef burger ...just had put one bite in my mouth and realised it tasted differently and immediately threw that out of mouth....was really disappointed by the staff member who was a boy and provided me this...he didn’t even knew the order which I was placing at the time of payment. Guys at least provide right orders to the right customers. The guy had also said order no. 300...I even have my bill with me . Surely need a refund on this..
