The Emerson

I went there on Saturday evening with my wife after dinner. It was a nice getaway from our usual family routine. What made it great was that we didn't plan on going there at all. But when we arrived, we were greeted by the a very friendly and welcoming door staff, namely Con. Con was courteous, polite and an absolute gentleman. As we left we were also thanked with a sincere "thank you and we hope you return" from both Con and the other gentleman on the door with him. I wrote this review as, first impressions are best impressions. Just walking in unannounced and being greeted as such was a nice reminder of what 'hospitality means". Thank you.

I held my 21st birthday in a private function room at the Emerson Rooftop. Happy to say that was one of the best nights I’ve ever had. Ellyn and the staff were incredible towards the guest and myself. Very friendly and helpful. The food provided was amazing in every way and the whole night was made perfect. Thank you to you all!

Really not worth any hype. The cocktails on the rooftop were tasty but overpriced with our drink orders often having mistakes. You couldn’t hear yourself think because the speaker from the DJ was right next to the paid seating area… not the smartest layout. The roof on the rooftop also isn’t fully waterproof and you would get rained on at times when sitting in the lounge area. Place has potential but I won’t be going back, many better bars in the area!

I am a resident living nearby. This bar often plays music all day on weekends, and the songs are always repeated just. Especially noisy affects my lunch break and sleeping at night. If the merchant sees this comment, I suggest you upgrade the sound insulation equipment. I really can't stand your music noise. Thank you I appreciate it！

Had a really bad experience tonight. A group of men let into the emmerson were making women feel unsafe. Multiple men were harassing woman inside the women's toilet. When we approached security about the men harassing women they did not listen or care and completely dismissed us. Feeling unsafe in a party venue is a serious problem. Security should be ensuring peoples safety and should have been aware and trained to handle these situations.

I'm probably not the right demographic for this place, but if you have the looks, energy, stamina and fashion sense to go out - the Emerson should be high on your list. I did try my best however to look the part. I was here for a function during Grand Prix weekend. I actually ended up having a really good time here with my friend - the rooftop area is great. The bar staff were really quick and friendly, the catering was good. The venue itself was slick, and the bathrooms were clean. If you are looking for a fun night out with your squad, the Emerson is a great place to go.
