Degani, Southbank

I ordered nachos and got a plate of corn chips with tomato paste (not salsa) and melted cheese. Had to ask for the sour cream and guacamole, however it didn't cover up the taste of too much tomato paste and I couldn't eat it. Also very concerning how dirty the place was. My partner ordered the salt and pepper squid and again no sauce on anything and the squid was rubbery (overcooked). We live very close by and there's plenty of other nicer cafes around, so we won't be back unfortunately unless they get a new chef and pay more attention to hygiene.

Been passing this place few times and always busy. Decided to give it ago this morning. The place is huge .. and have an outdoor area as well. Definitely you will get a table straight away. Service was pretty quick and they are all nice. However my coffee arrived a bit too cold and food was very average. At least I gave it ago :)

This place restaurant is the BEST! It has the best service I highly recommend. The customer service is 10/10, I only had to wait 5 minutes for my food so I was really surprised on how fast they made my meal and it was perfect! I loved every bight. I will definitely be coming here again, it is obvious the chefs put in a lot of effort to the food they make and it really shows. Oh and if you LOVE coffee like I do and want a PERFECT coffee, definitely come here! PICK THIS PLACE USE WILL BE SO HAPPY USE CAME HERE I PROMISE!

I usually leave higher rate for restaurants but I couldn’t for this one. Firstly, Soy coffee’s taste was not good at all ( probably with old aged milk). Too much syrup on French toasts and Low quality’s bread slices. Also, they need to organise a bit better for orders as they put sides in wrong plates and mistakes with coffee sides. However, staff were so nice and caring. Thanks 🙏
