**** LEVEL 7 - PROFESSIONAL GUIDE, REVIEW TO BACK ON **** I am often in the area of Parliament and Little Collins and I am generally up here fairly late in most cases, we're talking 9 - 11pm and there's not much other than McDonalds, a chance of some really bad food at 7/11 so you may think that Subway takes the cake in the choices and honest it's better than going hungry or having to call Menulog, UberEats or Dominos. The food is poorly prepared, from uncut rolls to skimping on toppings to just being poorly trained, closing early some nights, staff not being friendly. It's clear by this review I am not the only one that has had issues with this store, how hasn't SUBWAY corporate not stepped in to have a chat to this franchise owner!

Today the sales girl charged me 40% extra for the same sandwich i buy every other day at lunch. When confronted she called me a liar. Then i showed her transactions showing subway address and she had a dont care attitude saying," i dont work here anyway". I wonder how the owner or subway would react to it. I am planning to make a formal complaint. We trust chain food shops for standardised quality and pricing. This store broke that trust.

Got served the worst SubWay ever. The guy was trying to multi task and failed really badly. Should stick to making one sub at a time and listen to what people are asking for. Due to his mistake he was rushing my meal like it didnt matter how it was made and looked like. Made chips half cooked and gave me the box of toasties (overly loaded with the sauce, went into the bin) without even closing the box. On the positive side after seeing me struggling to close the box with one hand as i was holding my daughter in one arm he offered me some "napkins" 😐 Hell of a service.
