Sharamas Indian Sweet & Curry House

I have gone here for years but the last few months the quality has slipped. I bought papadums and they were chewy and stale. When I went back to get new ones. The man said they are all like that. When I got home I tasted the butter chicken it was very spicy. My 3 year old son couldn’t it. So I ended up cooking him a meal. I was disappointed and won’t go here again.

Overall my experience is really disappointing with this restaurant seems like they doesn’t care about their customers when you give them any particular instructions they don’t want to follow. Arrogant and rude customer service don’t have manners how to talk. Better thing is that make sweets only for what they known for if they can’t make it make sweets only. Last time I ordered sweets from them I found mold in sweet pieces very bad they can’t serve this kind of outdated stuff. If anyone place order with them keep eye on your order because you can’t rely on them for your lunch dinner. I don’t know what’s wrong with this restaurant they are changed.

My usual go to place for Spicy butter chicken with garlic naan though the portions have changed. Minimal chicken , I could literally count the small pieces...not even over exaggerating ! No dine in ? Can't purchase an item with card if it's under $10 ? I'm happy to pay the surcharge but asking for me to get cash from the car in an inconvenience for me really. Have things changed over the few months ? New ownership ?

Owner is extremely rude. Called the store and asked for the lunch special which they had mentioned in store last time I was there. The lady on the phone said which curry would you like with it, I said non-veg. I said what are the options and she said I could just look on the site, turns out it's only two curry options for the special, which she could've just said on the phone. Had to pay more for rice and they wanted me to pay in cash. Owner's attitude was disgusting.

Good north indian food and snacks. Great staff and customer service is top notch. The resto is not maintained so keep your expectations low because they get more take away orders than dine in customers. The owner who is the chef is a very good guy and looks after his customers. Anyone missing the north indian taste can satisfy their taste at Sharma's.
