Great burgers with many choices available. Clean and spacious restaurant. A self-serve soft drink machine is always a bonus.

Ultra thin chicken patty on the chicken BLT burger. not as depicted in ad photos as thick, juicy, golden, and crunchy. Just look at the difference. However at Hungry Jack's just a few metres away you get what you pay for in their Cheesy Bacon Classic Jacks Fried Chicken burgers at even a dollar less! The HJ burger is really thick and juicy like what's on the ad.

Nice fitout. Staff are friendly and helpful. Burgers however are not great. Tastes like a whopper but pattie is dry and tasteless. Chilli cheese fries are nice as well as onion rings. Bottomless soft drinks are a great idea that all fast food places should adopt.

We ate in and the meal took quite a while to arrive, approx 10 minutes. However the burgers were very nice and had a lovely char grilled taste. Other ingredients such as the tomato were thicker than other fast food restaurants. The 'large' chips was disappointingly small though.

With only 4 other people in the restaurant, service was incredibly slow with a 20 minute wait for my food. Burger, fries and shake were good though!

Dropped in for a quick snack prior to a movie. Ate a chicken and bacon burger. The food was fine - just not my taste. There was nothing wrong with the quality of the ingredients. The venue looked good. My partner enjoyed her meal - she does like Carl's Jr and would recommend it.
Below the review from my first visit (and only other visit) in 2020:
I went to a Carl's Jr many years ago in New Zealand and didn't like it. I haven't tried the burgers from Carl's Jr in Australia, so I decided to give it a go.
Date of first visit: 5 June 2020 around 8pm-ish
Still didn't like it. It was edible; though, the bun was falling apart as I ate. The burger was Hawaiin Angus Burger. I couldn't taste the pine-apple and didn't get that refreshing hit I was hoping for and expecting from "Hawaiin" labelled food. The pineapple was juicy. The burger sauce was delicious. The burger is also not sitting well after a couple of hours. This is me - I have the same problem with Hungry Jacks Whopper, and a little bit with McDonalds. My partner loves Carl's Jr and Hungry Jacks. There was nothing wrong with the food, it just doesn't suit me; I go ok with more expensive, higher quality burgers. So, if you have problems with or just don't like Hungry Jacks, you might have the same reaction to Carl's Jr. Again, nothing wrong with the venue, or the food. It just might not suit some people.

Was so excited to try this place when they first opened. Our burgers were definitely reheated (hungry jacks style) and squashed down. Chips were of average quality. Tried them again a few months later and they weren't any better. The brand looks so great but I don't think I can give them another chance. We didn't think much of the staff either. Not very happy or polite.

Staff were not approachable. We waited for almost half an hour to then receive cold, stale 'cheesy fries' and burgers. We didn't even get what we ordered. They were not answering their phone; so we had to drive there and ask for what we had paid for. Not satisfied at all.
