Muffin Bake At the Glen - the worst customer service I ever experienced
The staff Stephen pretended as not understand English or Mandarin when I questioned them that they should not charge me extra for $0.60 cream and jam to go with the scones that I ordered as a deal at $8.90. Dishonest shop - no one should go there…but if you are going checking every bills as they will over charge you ! Although I am very careful, they already again charge me another item $0.30 for a little bit of butter to go with the muffin deal I ordered as well that I was not informed of but already charged as additional from the deal of $8.xx

The best coffee and super friendly service in Glen shopping center. Wonderful staff who are always willing to help us:) muffins are fresh sooooo yummy! Will come back often 😊

Disappointed in the honesty. Ordered a cappuccino and the lady at the till put in for a medium size. I asked her if that was the smallest size she has, in which she said yes. Charged me for the medium size and only after receiving my coffee was it realised that they had a size smaller.

Pathetic customer service . On clarifying about sugar in Latte twice, the lady (middle age looking)at counter got rude and seems like mocking in her native language (probably mandrain) with rest of 2 staff. Never seen such behaviour anywhere else.

Had a Coffee Frappe on the go it was so bad. Almost all ice and not much milk. Even the coffee tasted bitter, couldn’t drink it ended up throwing in the bin!!

It is not often that I give a Muffin Break store 5 stars as I find that their coffees are inconsistent. The coffee at new The Glen foodcourt served up two mochas and a babycino to us today.
The coffees were ok, a little milky, but what set this apart was the excellent service. It was busy there with quite a few people getting coffees. But the staff were polite and smiling. Great service.
