5 stars for the great customer service. Extremely friendly and smiling, which is great when you are knackered from shopping. Can get packed and hard to find seating. Missed going in a few times cos of no tables.

Piccolo and long black - $10.15.
I expected to have at least the best coffee with me paying that price and was confronted with nothing but burnt coffee. Thankfully, I don’t come here in the mornings.

Good coffee, Great food & Service!
We ordered two mochas and eggplant focaccia.
Drinks and food served super quick in peak hours, weekend and everything was super tasty.
For a small cafe with such limited real estate , its well managed and service & food both were great.
Specially recommend the eggplant focaccia.

The most expensive mediocre coffee I’ve ever had. $7.01 for a large almond flat white. Bitter roast, milk too hot. Disappointed. Was a Saturday so perhaps an undisclosed surcharge?

I got bad experience TWICE from the Same Asian girl who has short hair with ridiculous eyelash extension, she was so rude, not even asking what I want to order, just stare at me with her aggressive facial expression.
The way she gave me coffee was also rude, very rude.

Went for a coffee on Saturday. I was very disappointed, as my wife was standing in line to order the coffee, I asked if we could sit. The man at the counter was very rude and virtually shouted at me saying that I should stand in the queue. He should be sent for training on customer service. I am sure Myer can do better than this. We always shop at Myer, we bought some crystal glasses on that day and the lady there was so polite and friendly. Just like I would expect from Myer.
