Nando's Jam Factory

I love Nandos! So I'm disappointed with the food for the first time! I got the mild Peri Peri chicken, chips and a coke. Takeaway. The chips were barely warm and to salty, the chicken was a little salty too. I like a bit of salt on my chips and usually I fund most chips under salted! The service was quick and friendly. The place was very clean! If I get the opportunity to go back and the food is better. I'll write another review.

I love nandoos but this one........ food is not as good as it should be and customer service is so poor. The last time I came in My lunch break, they forgot about My order and when I went to remind them, I was asked if I wanna cancel my order.. like really,,,,,, what am I supposed to eat then when my break was nearly over. And today again food was so so the quantity and quality doesn't match nandoos standards and on top they didn't give out any cutlery, when asked for it the staff forgot. I went to the counter and she was just standing there, I asked for sauce and I was given couple of pouches and i was eating in not take away where as other tables where provided cutlery on the table and sauce in a serving plate. I don't know why I was mistreated. Perhaps because am an Indian.
