Surf Grill

Surf grill serves top notch quality burgers, chicken burger was insane. The sauce omg don’t get me started! Chips nice and crispy yet on the more satisfactory side. And don’t get me started on the waitress who served me, great service, smile and super splendid. Recommend this place for sure if you are after a mouth watering burger chips and tunes. The tunes are great. The end.

Average burgers. Rude service: after asking for the missing bacon on the burger we were given a dollar back for compensation. We refused the coin in a gentle way saying it wasn't about the money and then the guy running the place didn't say a word, went to grab a soft drink and put it on our table. No words after that.

customer of three years. arrived for my pickup and was told 25 mins on the phone. arrived after 25 minutes and was told 5-10 mins wait. they had no change to give me also once i paid, insisting that i would get change with the food. there were three other customers waiting before me, nothing crazy. 25 minutes later, i received my food, with no change. i asked for my change, was given the wrong amount. arrived home to poor quality beef burger, threw it out. the shorter owner is always rude. seems disinterested and horrible customer interaction. the food is usually good but it’s the last time we’ll be spending our money there. horrible customer service, the least they could do is look slightly interested or engaged in their job. really dissapointed. we used to eat here all the time but if the customer service can’t improve i can’t spend my money here
