Domino's Pizza

Don’t usually like cheap pizzas but wow these pizzas are delicious! I ordered a pizza 15 minutes ago and it has already been delivered guys. Wow! How impressive is that! Cheap, fast, delicious. And great delivery system. Currently eating my garlic prawn pizza and loving life. It doesn’t get much better than this. Cheers guys!

Look, I always ordered from this restaurant and most of the times it was a great experience. Not when is raining of course, or when they don't have the item that I asked and they simple replace without calling me or asking me if I'm happy with the replacement. Last time I tried to order on Ubereats they cancelled my order straight away. Probably because I made a complaint last time and asked Uber Eats a refund of the Thick shake that was replaced by a soft-drink. Guys, seriously... if the icecream machine is not working, why the options of thick shake on the online menu are available? Well, I'm giving 3 stars because of the delivery service, because beside sometimes my delivery takes more than 1 hour to arrive, they are always polite and courteous with me.

Just made an order via doordash, money was taken, but the order was stuck on confirming. The app states that domino's does its own deliveries and to contact the restaurant, there was no option to cancel the order either. I called domino's, the woman who answered was extremely rude, she said they have no doordash tablet and there is nothing she could do, she began blaming me and saying it's too bad basically. She refused to give her name or allow me to speak with the manager or supervisor on shift as they apparently "weren't there". Disgusting attitude by whoever the woman answering phones was. She told me she has my name and knows where I live too, which I found to be quite threatening too.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a pizza for which they didn't have all the ingredients, they didn't tell me and made an incomplete pizza, on top of not having enough pizza sauce. When I called to complain they did not offer a solution but instead they said they've been waiting for the remaining ingredient (basil sauce) for two months, as if I was ordering every day and I was supposed to know it. Worst pizza I've ever had. Won't be ordering from this store again.
