11 Inch Pizzeria Docklands

Casual and easy going place with friendly staff and service that is an absolute gem when it comes to serving great Italian food! Tasty pizzas come out super quickly and the hand made gnocchi is super pillowy and delicious. Top tip, have it with the blue cheese sauce and you won’t look back. Wash it down with a Peroni or several and make it an amazing time!

They say there’s nothing better than a home cooked meal. It is the aromas and the sense of family that comes with it. At 11 inch Pizza, this saying could not have been more true. Nestled in village street in Docklands, this establishment has been open since 2013. And the last time I was here, I enjoyed the parma (as I was going through my parma phase). And to be honest, it wasn’t something to write home about. This time, it was different. This time I was tempted to test out the pizza. Choosing the meatlovers pizza was definitely one of the better choices. The first thing that hit me was the fresh ingredients. I’ve never tested a pizza this fresh. The mint leaves were beyond delectable and the one two punch that it left in the mouth was even more amazing. The thin crust was superb, break in your mouth delicious and light. If anything, you were grateful for the amazing joy you gained from it. I often wonder about why people choose to eat pizza with a fork and knife? Yes, I understand it’s a work event, but it’s amongst your own team. If anything, I’d relax, let go and enjoy myself. Be more human. Enough of my own life thoughts. Quick table service and food cooked to order from scratch. I had the meat lovers pizza, which lived up to its name - plenty of meaty toppings on a beautifully cooked pizza base. Pizza is indeed 11 inches (about 28cm) diameter and I had a hard time finishing it myself. Better to have someone to share half. Price was $19.70 which is more than I would usually pay for lunch, but it was worth it. Two negatives - I was seated next to a wall that needs a clean and a coat of paint, and there was food on the floor from previous guests which was not cleaned up.
