Noodle Box Roxburgh Park

Horrible service ! Messed up my order completely and was asking to come back for a refund. Driving up and down? Are they paying for my petrol because I love 20 mins away? Ordered no eggs in my noodles, they put egg. I got horrible allergic reaction. On top of it the retarded manager had the stupidity to yell at me. Anyone who works in customer service should know that customer comes first. At our work we follow this rule, that is why our business gets better rates.

This place makes really good noodles, and the quantity of the ingredients such as; prawns, onions, broccoli and basically everything in the selection window is amazing. They really put a generous amount in there and don't cheap out like most other noodle restaurants who barely put any of the other ingredients and simply just pack it with more noodles and hardly any sauce.. Noodle Box (Roxburgh Park) is my favourite noodle shop, period.. I always make a custom box selection and i have never been dissatisfied.. I always get the biggest size and it always hits the spot. The price point might seem a little high at roughly $18.00 for the large size, but that doesn't matter for me as the taste and quality of the food far outweighs the cost.

Had to wait 20 minutes for my food that i ordered over the phone. I could see it sitting there and while i tried to get their attention to tell them they rudely told me to wait. To top the expierence off, they made my order completely wrong. Hire more people for lunch rush. Simple. Food was cold when i finally got it. Pathetically organised customer service is given here and they should be ashamed.

Have been a regular customer since opening. However, things are not the same. Ordered a regular box and I can honestly say I got the amount of veg and seafood my child would get In a kid pack. Just topped with lots of noodles. At the price i pay i want the toppings I'm entitled to ootherwise I know how to cook vermicelli noodles myself at 1.50 a packet. Occasionally getting an order wrong I havnt been so fazed but a box of vermicelli for 15 $ beyond unacceptable.
