I have eaten and had take away multiple times from Delhi Belly.
I have found the food ranging variably from aaverage to good. It not too pricey, which is good thing.
You may not get the best Indian good there, but it's decent enough.

This is the worst Indian restaurant I have experienced so far in Melbourne. Went there for lunch with my colleagues and we waited 45 minutes to get served cold food. All the dishes were cold and not fresh. Staff have the most ignoring attitude with no sense of customer service. I hope they get a hefty fine for serving food below standard.

(Edited to reduce the rating by one star because it lived up to its name.) I don't have a lot of experience with Indian cuisine, but came here with a group from work - including two people from India - and everyone was quite happy with their dishes. I had lamb rogan josh and beef vindaloo - both very tasty. The vindaloo made my nose run, but it was a pleasant amount of heat.

Not the best Indian around - but if you need a quick bite to eat it is acceptable.
The restaurant itself is not the nicest to sit in either - so best to get takeaway!
The food is ok and not expensive.
The staff are ok - but not the friendliest.
Overall - there are better places to eat!

if i could give no start at all. This is my second time with a big group of 40 colleagues and it again live up to its shame. Pre ordered two days ago and the first dish was served after mins of wait - on Tuesday lunch!! My haryali chicken was under cooked, no seasoning and bland in taste. No compensation or sorry at the end. Stay away from this place.

Food taste and ingredients both average. Chutney with paneer tikka was watery and without real mint or coriander. Even tikka were not properly barbequed. Took lot of time to deliver order on table as well to generate bill.

Very recently I bought 2 samosas (1 serve $5.50) and 2 serves of vegetarian manchurian ($6.50 each) to takeaway. This had been my first visit to this restaurant. The food was quite tasty, although the samosas pastry was overcooked by the dark brown colour (a properly cooked samosa is supposed to be golden brown).
The servings of manchurian were excessively small. I could not fathom how they could justify the $6.50 they were charging for each serve. With $13 spent on two small servings, I realised I was better off spending that money on a wood fired large pizza for roughly the same amount of money.
Again, the food was very tasty, but because of their ridiculous pricing, I wont be going back. Ever.

I love the Biryani! My colleagues and I eat here at least once a week. We love the flavours here and it's very affordable. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
