I am really disappointed with the quality of samosas. on 14/08/21 Saturday evening after waiting for 20 minutes as they cooked them after order, Samosas were too spicy and the outer layer of samosas was too thick and it was cooked from out but inside all the maida (flour)was uncooked. I was unable to eat them as they were under cooked.Please improve and maintain your samosas quality what they are famous for. Otherwise I am never going to waste my money buying samosas from kumar sweets in future. I hope the owner will pay attention. Thanks.

Pathetic customer service. Advertised hours says store is open until 9pm … arrived at 8.30pm at the store with the open light still blinking and the lady standing right behind the counter … but yet her attitude is soo arrogant that she wouldn’t even answer if she is open or closed. Guess their egos have grown bigger than their store! 8.33pm - store is now shut … guess they forgot to update their opening hours!

Hi I was order samosa Chana chat that’s the hot food. I get very less channa and more yought it’s presentation is very bad and normaly we getting 2 samosas in one serv I get one and half it’s very funny it’s stand serv 2 pics when I call and ask them their reception girl told me our standar serv is one and half samosas omg .

Poor Customer Service I’ve confirmed before driving to them if they have dine in available and she replied ‘Yes’ but once I reached their they said sorry we don’t have dine in service available here we’ve packed your order for takeaway. And after all this the girl was suggesting me to stand and eat in the shop and I was like are you serious? Why would I travel all the way to your shop if I want to stand and eat the packed takeaway order. This is not at all acceptable.
