Pizza Hut Doncaster East

I wish Google would finally add option to give 0 stars for places like this. I am really clam person but when the food is undercooked and all they say is that we cook for 'set' minutes not knowing all temperature at the core of the food is different once out of the freezer. Not only that, regarding customer service they are really bad. If you like people swearing at you for something so little U would love this place. I have all the love for the Indian onwers for places like these and I try to support them but these guys really let me down today. 3+ years of continued support just went away. Domino's is far better and not far away too.

STAY AWAY This store is a disgrace to PIZZAHUT reputation. Staff can't take order properly totally stuffed up order then try tell you it's you fault and be rude and aggressive about it and hang up in your face. Pizzas won't even made properly and they try tell me I ordered wings that don't even exist on website. What a disappointment, if you want PIZZAHUT find your next best closest store. Very pathetic experience, my son ordered 2 pizzas over phone and I went to pick from 20 kilometres. An Asian guy with turbine said in a very cold manner “there is no order and further cannot take new order to give pizzas as well” It was still 30 minutes till closing- very strange and impolite, no business sense, Franchise should investigate, and see what’s happening in brand name of Piza Hut !

Terrible quality of food and even worse customer service. Called the store for a refund for an order I'd placed due to the extremely poor quality of food and got berated for asking for a refund (I ordered a deal for 3 pizzas and 3 sides and the manager tried to argue that the cost of the 3 pizzas only came to half the price of the order). After about 20 minutes of arguing (on his end) I was offered a partial refund at most while being shouted at, talked to in a condescending manner and rudely told to never show up to their store again. This was all while I calmly asked him multiple times to show the same respect I was showing by not raising his voice and trying to sort it out in a respectful manner. I was then contacted by the district manager the next day who seemed very polite and apologetic on the phone who said he would get back to me about the issue the next day. They then proceed to not contact me again and go ahead and process a refund for half the fee. While the partial refund isn't the worst outcome, this is quite literally the last thing I want for having to waste more than 45 minutes on such a trivial issue. To be shouted and laughed at, talked to like I was stupid and have to literally haggle with the manager for a refund due to an order they couldn't fulfil to a high standard is simply mind boggling. I would definitely recommend other competitors in this instance as this is simply unacceptable for such a large pizza chain. +++ the other staff were extremely kind and did not share the same attitude as the man I spoke to. Unfortunately it seems they chose the worst person at the store for their customer facing tasks.
