The Pizza Doctor

Tried this place twice now. Their pizzas are pretty good, they're business less so. First time I was told their prices online were outdated and it would cost more. Second time I ordered online was told pickup would be an hour. When I get to the restaurant perfectly on time I was told it would be another 15 minutes. I understand people can be busy but I wish I was advised before hand... store might need to work on their communication.

Have ordered online and find it hit and Miss, the dough is good as others have commented but cheese is cheap and greasy, large size is not at all large and it is often way too salty. Not sure why it is such a variable outcome here. I may have found out a few weeks ago picking up my order for the first time. Staff there are really really strange, the owner is erratic and rambles on and on. Tried to tell me I ordered pizza under the wrong name (how would I not know my own name?) and went on and on about it in front of other customers, his own staff did not even reply to his strange rambles just kind of looked at each other and at me. Won’t be back. Be warned to just order deliver so you don’t have to deal with the wacko owner

Dinner @ThePizzaDoctorBrunswick and got The Doctor pizza: mozzarella, cheese, garlic, spicy salsa & homemade sausage Piping hot, crispy firm base, aerated crust, excellent dough and I love the homemade sausage which adds a touch of spiciness. Very generous with the mozzarella but this may have made it a bit chewy. I think the sharpness of tomato sauce is needed or something extra in the salsa to help cut through the cheese. Tasty pizza and good value. I love tiramisu and have eaten plenty of it so ordered that too. Unfortunately, it was cakey, dry, lacking mascarpone cream in between the layers and with each spoonful I was so desperately searching for the flavour I've come to expect in a tiramisu but it just wasn't there. Despicable people. I've never felt so humiliated and poorly treated in my life. Turned a simple pizza order into a traumatic experience asking all manner of invasive personal questions in front of other customers. This treatment is illegal and repulsive. I would never recommend anyone visiting these horrid people. Sadly didn't get to try their pizza after this harrowing experience by what appeared to be the owner
