Capricho Grill

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT.. I have ordered from other franchises and the food has been amazing. This Richmond restaurant is by far the worst.. the food was cold when it arrived. As they always take up to an hour to deliver so god knows what they are doing. The bread and chips was stale. And just the overall quality of food was just really poor.. We called them up notifying them that the food was poor quality and they didn’t even apologise. Very rude customer service.. will never be ordering from here again.

Walked passed it a few times and was curious to see if it was better than Nandos, I can definelty say Caprichos chicken is better. I prefer the basting they use and it was cooked well but the half chook I ordered was absolutely tiny. The "loaded" fries were also disappointing, barely any cheese or bacon. The chicken is promising but they need to use larger pieces and show more love with the fries.

Just wanted to quickly share an honest review about Capricho Richmond, on Bridge Rd. I had never ordered food from there, in the stores 2 year existence, and I can not recommend their chicken highly enough! If you crave a smoky grill tasting chicken, look no further, its delicious! The owner of the store, in which is now in new ownership since Nandos closed down is super friendly, a great person to chat to and loves to talk about the types of chicken on offer. If you are looking for a delicious menu without waiting a long period of time, look no further!! Highly recommend, and I cant commend the new owner enough!

Disappointing. Cold corn, cold tenders, cold burger, cold chips. Burger had a small amount of yellow lettuce, 1 slice of tomato, tiny chicken fillet and too much Mayo. We live a street away, there's absolutely no way it could get cold from there to here unless it was sitting on the bench waiting to be picked up by a driver. Photos showed a jam packed burger, not even close, at times I was only eating bun. Photos showed 2 half pieces of corn, we got 2 quarters. Don't have photos on your menu if that's not what's on offer. I'd love to show a photo of what we actually received.
