The place is good to have lunch or dinner there. Sometimes, you can found some trash on the table, but that's not all the time.. Great service, always got my order correctly.

After spending far too long in the kaleidoscope mirror maze and on e-scooters we were starving and KFC hot and spicy was calling!!
Loved - Hot and Spicy fried goodness
Hated - sitting down and getting told you have to get out, we're closing now when you're mid bite.

Don't think I've ever had a bad experience at this KFC. Might actually be one of the best if not the best KFC in Melbourne. Staff season the chips well. Service is always consistent (obviously if there is a lot of people you might be waiting longer but that's everywhere) but all in all well run KFC in terms of quality of service and the food. Thanks for always being quick and always executing my edits to burgers perfectly. Sincerely, a long time loyal customer.

I accidentally dropped my credit card on Swanston Street at 9:20 this morning, and a beautiful young blonde girl immediately picked it up and handed it to me. I was very grateful to her, I saw her enter the KFC restaurant, I found that she is an employee here, because customers are not allowed to enter at this time. Thanks again for her help! Very lucky to meet her, otherwise the consequences would be disastrous. Besides, my daughter's favorite dish is mashed potatoes, which are delicious.

Worst KFC experience. Went in the store 30mins before they closed, ordered a family feast that should have 10 chicken, they said there were only 9 chicken left then I agreed on some nuggets to make up for the 1 chicken. This is what I got. What's so hard of telling me there're not enough chicken and I could have gotten something else or a refund?

Friendly staff, burgers are always nicely wrapped and warm. The OR Chicken has so far been less greasy and more crunchy than other KFC's I have been to.

Usually the store is pretty good but today I ordered through the KFC app (a zinger stacker burger) one of the pieces of the zinger chicken was what I believe to be uncooked... Was disgusting, smelled odd and was nothing like the other zinger chicken patty in the burger...

been there twice, the first one they gave me the wrong item, second one i ordered a zinger box with three chicken wings but only one wing was in the box. should definitely double check what you got before leaving
