Crust Pizza

Ordered a Moroccan lamb pizza. The delivery man never rang the door bell so when we found the pizza more than an hour later it was covered in flies. The manager was nice enough to re-make the order & we gave the original one back to the driver to verify we were not trying to scam the business. However when we opened the second box it came with SIGNIFICANTLY LESS TOPPINGS than the original. I don't think it is right to PUNISH THE CUSTOMER for a mistake made by the restaurant.

Incredible experience of the WORST service , can’t say customer service cause that would imply they had some , which they’ve clearly never had - order 3 pizzas online - told only 15 mins - gave em 30 before went in - then “service “ person blinked at me and said “oh , we’ve only just received the order” even though they had printed docket right there on their counter/ mind you they had 4 staff on at this stage - no other pizzas cooking and no other customers in the store … then told us to wait 15 more mins - not even a hint of hospitality of “I’m sorry” nup not from this amateur hour … then 15 mins later go in and they tell me they don’t have the toppings for the third pizza - didn’t bother to tell me while I was waiting watching them from outside I had to go in to receive this wonderful news myself and again … fly’s in and out of the servers mouth , cause they don’t wear masks on in their either , no sorry again - asked for refund and told it would take minimum of “2 days “ expressed this was ridiculous, told they would ask manager - manager plus 2 others come out - up to 6 staff can’t cook 3 pizzas in under 60 mins or communicate or be accountable for anything …”manager” says “ can’t tell how long the refund will take is it was done on card” - don’t shop here and support this rubbish chain place - do yourself a favour and walk the 15 metres to godfathers or even better go to green acres pizza - only reason I didn’t go there was cause they were on holiday !!! Damn :(

Mixed review. I ordered the meat lovers pizza. It was really really nice. Definitely rate the pizza well. The hot chicken wings were nice but needed more flavour. Marked down on delivery time. 55 minutes instead of advertised 30mins. Also I ordered a vanilla ice cream and they sent me a caramel one, It was also a lot smaller then I thought for $5.

Ordered from here 3 times. Each time there’s always been an issue with the food. Twice it’s been burnt or overcooked. Every time it’s tasted a bit off. Maybe there’s inconsistencies in the prep and kitchen management. Haven’t had this issue at other crust stores. I’d stay away from this one until it improves, the food is never good.
