Domino's Pizza

We found a hair strand in their Vegetarian pizza. When my roommate called the store for a refund/money back, the night shift manager simply said ‘that is not possible.’ I mean what the hell is not possible? An apology? Which by the way we did not get. Absolutely disgusting service, this isn’ even the first time that this is happening with this store. We’ve ordered before with the food tasting off and they have just dismissed us previously as well. I mean I get the night shifters are tired but please try to have better customer service and manners.

What a poor experience for a well known and highly reputed franchise. I walked in at 12.30 pm to order a pizza. No one available in the counter area and the background chatter in the kitchen was loud and clear. After 5 minutes of waiting with no service I left the store and was looking for other nearby eateries. Five minutes later I walked past and noticed a staff member. Tried to make an order but he said he would return and promptly returned back to kitchen area. I left the store without placing an order. Not a good representation of the Domino brand

I wish if I can rate them less, I ordered over UBER eats app, I asked for no cheese at all, I recived both of my pizza's with cheese!!! I called them, they said they will send me the new order in 40min wether on the app is only 15min wait.. I was like ok whatever.. and then after an hour and 17 min! I called them again ,they said oh we have a short staff , and we will do a refund soon,, I missed my lunch that day and I didn't get the refund..

I’m a regular customer for this store and there’s always something wrong with my orders. Majority of the time the food comes cold or poorly made. This time I they forgot my shake (not the first time my drink has been forgotten) I was told to call the store and they’ll organise a refund. I called twice with no help from the lady on the line. I’m not one to complain, but if something is forgotten and then no help in getting a refund for missing said item, why should I ever order from here again?

1st time user visted this fri waited 30 mins for,then asked where is my order!?, was ready sitting on shelf cooling down.Took home 8 min drive and tried,was not a good pizza,as had to use lot of tomoto sauce to in hance taste.tables were dirty spilt drinks waste on tables,inside bin full up.Poor communication so on.Did ring & explain! But Not again.

Unbelievably poor service. I placed a timed order online for 11:45AM and I am writing this review at 12:45PM WITHOUT MY ORDER. I tried calling the store 5 times but for some reason no one answers the phones. I have already paid for this order through Paypal. I can understand a late order, things get busy sometimes. BUT THIS IS A TIMED ORDER WITH PLENTY OF NOTICE. I am mostly disappointed by the lack of communication, what is the point of having a phone number if you do not pick up calls.
