Grilled Hut Pizza

Having only tried their Spaghetti Bolognese in late 2021, I can say this is the best SPag Bog I have ever had from a takeaway place. It's easily as good as what your favourite homemade Spaghetti would be. Seriously order it. Unlike all the other takeaway pasta's I've ever had which are 'El Dissapointo' this is the BOSS!

I’ve been a customer of grilled hut for over 10 years now. Had some small issues over the years with different staff. Called up to order my usual pizzas tonight and get some delinquent female take my order. At the end of the call I asked her to repeat My order, she hung up. I called back and get her on back on the phone and told her to not rudely hang up on me while I was trying to get her to repeat my order. She repeats my order and says to me, is that it? Then hangs up on me again while I was asking her something again. FRUCK ME DEAD takes one delinquent DOLT to ruin my regular weekly haunt. Blondie wasn’t working but she gives the BEST customer service and knows me well. Time to shop around for a new pizza haunt.

Have ordered here a number of times as used to love the food but noticed a huge drop in quality in last month & inconsistency. pastas are not as nice either got too much herbs in them or very BLAND just plastic taste. Feels like i am getting a different pasta every time. need to work on consistency to deliver the nice tasting pasta they had previously. I am only giving 2 stars as delivery service is almost always early or on time and if they are late always called apologised and notified. Recommend pizzas but maybe have to look for a new pasta shop hmm

Absolutely disgusted and fumming over the lack of customer service and willing to rectify there mistake. Ordered 3 pizzas to be delivered, one pizza was incorrect. Waiting over an hour for delivery. When they were contacted I was told a replacement pizza was over an hour away. After an hour I receive another phone call to say delivery was now not an option as they had no drivers avaliable and a credit was the only option. After explaining credit was not good enough and asking to speak to a manager I was told she was to busy and unable to talk to me. After going back and forth and still not speaking to a manager about there mistake, there idea of customer services is nothing short of deplorable and will never be ordering through them again. Management is gutless and they seriously lack any form of customer service skills. So much for customer is always right.... Do yourself a favour and buy your pizza elsewhere.

Save your dollars if you want correct meals ordered and you can forget it if you think they will make it up by giving you a hot replacement meals for waiting for correct order to be delivered to hungry paying customers. What a bummer, wish I'd read more recent reviews before trying them. Hopefully they pull up their standards and focus on customer satisfaction. As sounds like it use to be an amazing place to buy from years back.
