Small place with good food and nice vibe. No wonder there’s always a crowd waiting to get in. Definitely Worth the wait! Didn’t get to try the mains as there are plenty of Mezzes and small bites and were all good

We had a delightful night at Mandolin Aegean Bistro. The Greek sampler was a highlight, with the mussels standing out for their incredibly delicious broth. The sea bass as the main dish was a second-to-none experience. Fully recommended for a memorable dining experience.

If you want to sit outdoors in the yard make sure you make reservations. The food was great and the restaurant very clean. It had a very pleasant and good vibe. Staff are polite and know about the menu and can give recommendations. We got what they recommended and were happy with our food. The house bread with their olive oil was heavenly! Also there’s only 2 gender neutral restrooms inside so there were lineups at a time.

We came to try Gyros, whatever we tried did not look like Gyros in Greece, but it was delicious. It was something like ground beef inside pita, was well seasoned and french fries was the best I’ve tried. We also ate kebabs, it was average. Place itself was really nice. Our waiter was helpful, even though we were waiting for bill 20 minutes and finally we went to find somebody to check us out, it was fine, he got busy and that’s understandable. I don’t know if I would come back but it was definitely better Greek restaurant then the others in Miami

Niche restaurant with a nice energy. Greek and Turkish samplers were terrific. I loved the hummus and olives. The bread and pita paired nicely. The lamb was really good. It was cooked well with plenty of flavor. The chicken kabob was juicy with a smoky flavor(really good). I loved the rice. The beef was a little dry, but the grilled vegetables were delicious. Service was lacking, though.

Mandolin Miami delivers a gastronomic journey through Mediterranean cuisine that should not be missed. Upon arriving, the atmosphere sets the tone, especially if you can snag an outdoor table—the indoor setting simply doesn't match the vibe the restaurant aims to convey. Our culinary adventure began with the village salad. While it was fresh and decently prepared, it was somewhat unremarkable—a staple that did the job but didn't wow us. But things took a delightful turn with the trio mezze, a generous platter featuring hummus, tzatziki, and a feta dip. Each component was well-crafted, but the tzatziki stole the show with its creamy texture and balanced flavors. For our main courses, we selected the stuffed eggplant and the manti dumplings. The eggplant was solid—well-cooked and seasoned, satisfying but not necessarily a showstopper. However, the manti dumplings were nothing short of spectacular. The combination of flavors and textures made each bite an experience in itself. It's an absolute must-try dish that we can't recommend enough. Service was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. But remember, try to sit outside to fully appreciate the ambiance that Mandolin Miami has worked so hard to create. In summary, Mandolin Miami mostly hits the mark with its mix of traditional and contemporary Mediterranean dishes, delivering especially with their mezze and manti dumplings. While some offerings like the village salad may be more on the ordinary side, the standout dishes more than compensate, making this a restaurant well worth visiting.

Mandolin is one of my favorite places to eat at because it's outdoor seating, amazing staff and delicious food. It's also located walking distance from the Design District. I highly recommend ordering the Catch of the Day along with the Honey Pie

I used to go to Mandolin a lot, two years ago but it became so hard to get a table on the weekends that I decides to stay away for a while. Yesterday, I had some friends visiting Miami and since they wanted a place with great food that we could sit outside, I found out that Mandolin would be the best solution. The place it's so cozy. The decorations takes you to a beach house in Greece with a great outside patio, white chairs and candles on the table. We got there at 9:30pm and we were able to make last minute reservation using Google website. The place was full and we had a great table on the center of the patio. The service was also amazing. We asked for some suggestions on wine and food. We ordered a couple dishes and everything was sharable style. We started with the GREEK SAMPLER ($24), the CHEESE SAGANAKI ($18) and the GRILLED OCTOPUS ($30) that was very tender and juicy. We wanted to try more dishes and the waiter recommended the MANTI DUMPLINGS ($30) and the BEEF SOUVLAKI ($38). We ordered also a few baskets of house bread and PITA BREAD that was just amazing with the dishes we had. That place is a must go and it's good for any occasion. During daytime or night, you will always enjoy the food and environment.

Great spot if you’re vegetarian. Nice vibe and great date spot. I loved the hummus, zucchini chips and beet salad. I was very disappointed with the $18/glass sangria. The rose water was a lovely addition that I really liked, but the drink itself tasted watered down and the white wine was no where to be found. I would come back here!

Lovely Greek restaurant! Went with a large group of friends and ordered to share which was perfect. We were able to try a bunch of appetizers - we loved the baked feta and Greek Meze sampler. For entrees, we got the mussels and the whole fish which is a must! Service was a bit slow but very friendly, seems like they were understaffed. Ambience is chilled, great for groups and families. Prices are on the higher end. Would definitely recommend!
