The Big Cheese Of Miami

Forever Pizza. After so many years it is hard to not get it right. Big Cheese gets it Big Time. One of the "Safe Ones" where you won't have Big Pay before finding out of the food was good or not. There are so many bad places charging good place prices. The ability to discern is key to surviving lean and mean times.

Honestly I love visiting here. I went to Gables back in 2006-10 and went with friends often. When I moved to homestead the location in homestead unfortunately got closed so I don’t get to enjoy it as often but the food is great. Service is absolutely amazing and I can’t recount a time I’ve had a bad experience. Sure it’s a little costly, but it’s worth it.

Can’t go wrong it’s “The Big Cheese” Always a great experience. Ordered large cheese pizza 1/2 pepperoni and we shared a Lasagna. True garlic rolls. Tiramisu completed the dinner. The pizza was just as good the next morning cold out of the fridge for breakfast. Priceless! I recommend aside from your dinner plate always order a large pizza you can take home the leftovers. The pizza is always better the next day either way warm or cold out of the fridge.

This was our first time at Big Cheese Miami. Our family consisted of 10 members. The food and service were incredible and the prices were reasonable. Our server Danny was efficient, knowledgeable and had a delightful personality. Even though we live in Broward, the ride is worth it!!! Thank you Bill for a memorable day! 😊

The Big Cheese has been around for the longest I can remember. They’re huge sponsor is University of Miami and it has a very friendly vibe to the spot. It’s one of the first places you think of when you want something homey. I had ordered over the phone, expecting it to be ready in the time they allotted for me, and it wasn’t. The person in the front even charged the card incorrectly and they had to re do. I understand… mistakes happen and we’re human, but I was really hoping to grab and go. Since the parking wasn’t any better. I then took everything to the car— grateful I could carry everything in one try to the car. To then realize someone parked behind me and there was no one in the car to ask them to move. I was already on a time crunch with my supervisor because the getting ready of the food had taken a while. Also, they had attended other guests while I was waiting and picking up the phone… I understand the staff might be low, and lunch time is extremely busy, but it would not be a bad idea to hire an intern or someone for two hours a day to help those scenarios. Finally got out, had lots of anxiety, got to work, food was great! That was a plus. Very tastey!
