Worst customer service ever at the drive throw. I went today march 20th 2022 at 3.21, to start with they were discussing inside and we were able to ear everything from outside. They gave me extra french fries instead of apple slices. When i told the person in charge that I didn’t get it she told me no i gave you an extra french fries. When i asked why she said because it’s like that and she rolled her eyes. Then when i left my friend saw her making faces at me. I will never go back there.

This morning on my way to the hospital i stopped by I got breakfast when the kid handle my coffee felt over my hand was extremely HOT .. 😭 CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS THEY SAW Behind him the other employees no one asked me if I was ok or not even a Sorry ,he handle the rest of the food, I said can you give me napkins so I can clean my hand 😵‍💫😳 .. believe me I reported all of them.

I was the only guy inside even thought I received almost cold meal. But as I saw from customers part for employees more important is to answer their private phone than finish your order. I don’t know standards of customers service in US McDonald’s but in my country If you have to wait in empty restaurant 30 minutes (as me or just 20+) they give you money back or voucher. In addiction on that circumstances you’ll NEVER receive cold meal. Guys from the front desk should be immediately fired.

I don’t know where to begin with this McDonald’s. If you’re not hiring, why is the sign there? You guys could use an extra set of workers considering the lobby is always a mess and we need to always ask someone to take our order. You guys can’t make an iced coffee to save your lives. I always have to ask you to remake it. I worked at a McDonald’s for a year. So this is how I know you’re doing it wrong. You guys gave me a bunch of sauce that I never ordered. Looks like someone in this McDonald’s is illiterate. Writing this as my DoorDash order is taking forever.
