Pummarola’s pizza is outstanding, we tried the Margherita, the dough was delightful, the right amount of chewy and crunchy. Everything we tried was super delicious (tortellini with butter/parmesan, truffle fries, chicken Milanese sandwich and the lemon cake). The back patio was perfect to eat al fresco, the service is super friendly, and fast- definitely will come back, because now I’d like to try every item in the menu- also you MUST try the lemon cake!

This Italian restaurant is one of a handful of locations in the area. This place offers all the Italian classics from pizza to pasta to some paninis. The menu is not super large but it was good enough for our large group. You get to order up front and the food is brought out to you. There is both indoor and outdoor seating options and it is well priced. The food was very tasty.

Wow….wow… delicious! From the crust to the end of the last pizza bite. It is a 10/10 for me and my family. The calamari’s were a good size not small like most pizza places, the pizza was just delicious… nothing overpowered in the pizza. You tasted every ingredient. I have to come back! The dough was perfect! The price in all is definitely affordable for some high quality ingredients.

Pummarola Midtown Miami is one of several locations across Southeast Florida in this small family-oriented chain that specializes in Pizza Napoletana. As a huge fan of this style of pizza and an avid pizza maker, I totally appreciate every aspect that goes into getting this style of pizza right - arguably the hardest to do. When making the dough, the exact hydration level and proofing time is critical and when baking, an oven that can reach up to 900 degrees is necessary. Doing everything right results in a product that is absolute pizza perfection - like the pizza here at Pummarola. The pies here are excellent as was the service when I visited - for an authentic "Vera Pizza Napoletana", look no further!
