Domino's Pizza

The food tasted good, the people are kind too. Only issue is that I ordered delivery because I couldn't walk and they didn't gave me my full order, and when I called about 8 times they didn't answer so I had to walk in. They didn't give me a free item, not even a free beverage for their mistakes. That's poor customer service and delivery.

Waited an hour for my order only to see it was canceled. noone contacted me about the cancelation i only found out on the tracker when i looked later even though i opted for text updates. tried to contact them 3 times to see what happened and see if we can try something else and noone answered left me on hold every time. i looked at reviews for this store and other people seem to always have a problem and always also get stuck on hold with no answer. couldn't even ask if my money would be returned to my card or not. just ridiculous. honestly don't order from this location. they don't seem to care about their job or their customers.

Today I made a delivery order through phone, I asked the employee for the 19.99 promo that was on Internet (two pizzas, garlic bread, soda , and cinnamons). He put me instead the 6.99 pizzas and did not sent me the other stuff. I called the store and the employee who attend me did not gave me any solution, he told me that if I want the other stuff I need it to pay again because the person who took my order misunderstand me. They don’t care about the costumer and does not give any solution.

Absolutely disgusting! Rosa was on her phone all the time and it ignored me as i was standing in line for the past 45 minutes! waiting to get my order fixed FOR THE THIRD TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!! i DO NOT recommend this place. If you want food poisoning and a trip to the hospital and pay a large amount of debt over this place!? Be my guest. Also I saw a rat..
