Domino's Pizza

An order was placed at 5:45PM with Anise through the mobile app. I called the store at 6:30 to get an update on my order. Since they didn't give an update on the app itself. Well it is currently 8:40PM with no update on my order. And still no one at this place is answering the phone. I must have called over 100 times from different phone numbers. Please do not waste your time ordering from this location. I should have read the reviews before ordering.

The worst dominos I’ve ever been to. I wish I could give it 0 stars. The staff is horrible. I did car side delivery & they said my order was completed when I didn’t get my order. They never went outside and when I went inside they lied and said they didn’t see me. Imposible, I had the lights on and was in front of the store and I was there even before the pizza was ready. The pizza was also very burnt and the girl in the front had so much attitude. I asked her if I could get the free pizza in the promo since I waited for 45 minutes and she said she didn’t know about it. It’s literally the whole promotion about the 2 or 3 minute promise thing. You could tell no one wanted to work there. However, there is ONE nice older male employee that I’ve had a great experience with, when I’ve ordered for lunch. 9/10 times the pizza is horrible and 9.5/10 times the service is terrible.

I placed my order and it said it was confirmed by Anise . They called 24-30 mins later to say they didn’t have a driver. When i tried to say i would just pick my order up because i didn’t feel like waiting 48 hours for a refund . They rudely hung up the phone on me and cancled my order . “I have to mode fast that’s what my jobs requires” they said on the phone. It wAs just rude, sarcastic and unprofessional and this is not the first bad experience I’ve had with this location this is just the first time I’m speaking out on it . Just disappointed i have to deal with nasty workers just to get food

Horrible, I placed an order for delivery and more than an hour after the order made I called to see what happened due to the delay, and they told me that they only had one driver and that it would take about 40 minutes more delivery. I decided not to wait and go directly to the store to look for my order, when I arrived they take care of me super badly and tell me that my order was not yet made and that I had to wait about another 15 minutes, and that's right there they started preparing my order that I had already ordered it an hour and a half ago. Extremely horrible service

My order could not be filled because they ran out of plates. I was called and said to cancel that part of the order and I’ll pay when I pickup the order. I got yelled at and hung up on. So I go to the store and again this little girl wants to yell at me so I canceled the order and asked for the manager. She was the manage…..ahhhhhh. Rude nasty confrontational little girl with no class. Never again promise for life. I will be sure that everyone I know avoids Dominos like the plague……..I wish I could put no stars but that option is not available.
