The employees here are fast! They were also very friendly. This is a rather small Starbucks so it does get packed during rush hour and oddly cosy at night.

After calling several other locations, this one not only had what I was looking for, they held the amount I needed until I was able to pick them up. The staff was very friendly and professional.

From the moment I stepped into this Starbucks...very friendly. The cashier was upbeat, great energy! Even the people that made my drink...so friendly. Best part...didn't take long. Loved the experience! Would definitely tell others to go to Kendall and 107 ave. You won't regret it.

This Starbucks is great. The staff is very friendly and polite. I know they work fast and get the orders out quickly, but sometimes you"ll be waiting for a while before any of them will actually take your order, as they are all just putting the orders together. So be patient. Overall, great place.

Walked in asking about a special valentine's day drink. While i was told by the cashier there was not a special valentine's day drink Maria asked do you want me to surprise you? She made the best and most beautiful drink. 🙂 made my day it was my birthday by the way

Stopped by on impulse since I am not from the area. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. They knew the orders of several customers in front of me. Overall good experience and the strip mall/plaza it was in actually had enough parking for once!

I wish I could give them 5 stars, but getting out of the car and carrying drinks out while trying not to touch things or expose yourself unnecessarily, it's just inconvenient. I'm starting to think there's a conspiracy to not have any Drive-Thru Starbucks locations on Kendall Drive. It's time consuming and infuriating. At least the staff at this location are well trained in their craft. Their drinks are always consistently good... unlike other locations.

In love with the customer service that a man Named Juan performed to me. He was caring and made sure I got something I would like and asked me if I would like anything else. I am a student down the street and I always come here but Juan definitely makes the service here 10 times better! I love his Individuality and compassion! He has the perfect look and love his accent! I am only going to recommend my classmates and coworkers to come here for his service! Love the location!
