Island Chicken Grill

Limited options in the food court - this was by far the favorite for my kids. Ordered the skirt steak platter and had to order another for the family because it was yummy … a plantain was eaten before I could take a picture. Would recommend the platters, but NOT the wraps or the bowls - we got a one of each, as well, and I agree with other reviews that it was not good value (very little protein; a lot of salad). Sunday evening at 6pm, it was not crowded, so maybe a different experience from other reviewers when the line is longer.

The service was a little off, and half the menu items were unavailable at the time we ordered (8 pm). Despite it all, the meal I ordered did not disappoint. I wanted the Caribbean Chicken bowl... and with no chicken available, I ordered the Cuban Skirt Steak bowl instead. It didn't disappointed. IMHO, it's the perfect meal before boarding a plane. Balanced, filling, very tasty and quite light (i.e. won't leave you feeling like you ate a brick).
