Terrible place, would NEVER recommend to anybody. The women have the nastiest attitude, especially the si called manager (Gladys). They pick up the phone and leave you on hold for over 5 minutes then hang up the phone without even checking if there’s still someone on the line. I called back and “the manager”, very rude said they’re very busy.
I asked to speak to the owner, and she said the owner wasn’t there that she would give them my message, a message that she never asked for my name.
Been a customer for many years but would definitely not go back ever again.
They have always been very rude, can’t see how an owner would allow this pack run wild like this! 🤦🏻♀️

Lately I've noticed that there are less and less employees at the counters. The level of service is dropping unfortunately and unless Gladys is there, you are likely to wait 10 to 15 minutes to receive a coffee and a pastry. Of you have 2 to 3 patrons on front of you be ready to wait 30 to 40 minutes to be served. I've been a patron here since it was called Tommy's, and I've never seen it this bad.

Had not been there in a while, service is horrible, the girls are more involved in carrying a conversation among themselves rather than taking care of customers, ordered 2 steak sandwich and an ommellete sandwich to go and they couldn't get it right, ordered some pastries and they were old, it's a shame because they used to be really good.

By far the worse service in Miami. I waited 30 minutes holding a number, and noone was called , meanwhile the employees behind the counter continued gossiping with each other. Then some random person comes in and gets taken care of ahead of the entire line. This place needs to shut down, it’s filthy and the employees don’t care.
Will never go there again, the reviews are almost all negative for a reason.

Been around since I can never remember the best pastries Cuban pastries and now they have Venezuelan pastries awesome place to go check it out whenever you're on Miller Drive and buy 97th Avenue right across the street from Publix great service great prices great quality of food go go go get your pastries now

I walked in 10 minutes prior to closing and they refused me service. The lady at the counter said they needed to start cleaning. I guess covid didn't hit them hard since they are refusing customers & and my order would have been a large one since it was for a graduation party.

Lots of grim and dirt everywhere, especially at a time when business need to be clean for customer/employee safety. People piled up against the counter and not one employee spoke up and told people to get in line. Employees were somewhat friendly but not very inviting at all. Food was ok but cleanliness and customer service goes a long way.

We used to go to this bakery all the time and it was fresh although service was very slow. Today we purchased some pasteries and they were fresh (tasted old). Definitely not how it used to be so we won’t be going back.
