Wonderful service!!! I called a week ahead and place an order for 45 cheese pizzas. The guy in charge; Jose said that they will have them ready by the time I request it. I called again a day before to confirm and they told me that my order will be ready. I drove there and I was worried to get an issue, but No, EVERYTHING was fine. We went to school and the kids were very happy as they enjoyed their yummy pizzas. Thank you!!

The customer service is just beyond lazy and horrible, I called the place 50 times, exactly 50 and they didn’t pick up, I needed to cancel an order that I placed online through the app, but I couldn’t because the order was ready the second I placed it, which usually takes about 20 minutes to cook.. they didn’t even give me a second to cancel it, so I called the place 50 times and I got no response, I then drove to the store and I ask the Manager for a refund but a free pizza for compensation.. come on it’s the least you can do for the 35 minute drive, the pizza is $5.. he then told me he can cancel but not give me the pizza and that I should have called and cancelled, Really dude? I called you 50 times! he said he’s been answering the phone all day, which he hasn’t, there was no one on their phone and when I called them inside the store to call their bluff their phone did not ring and I was again sent to voicemail! When I called their bluff then they picked up the phone, disgusting.
