I love the fact that a 7/11 location has always been on this street. This 7/11 location has always been good and quick. They keep people in and out of that store. Also, it's right next to the intersection. This location does not have gas.

It is 8:30 in the morning and this much older gray-haired ignorant and rude employee decides to get in a shouting match with me, a customer because I needed to use the restroom. A male employee at the register "says" her name is Sheniqua, not sure if he gave me the right name. However, she was on the only female working this morning. When I say senseless, tacky, and aggressive at before 9am. I have NEVER dealt with any drama before going to work. This tackless person saw that I was using the restroom tried the LOCKED door and when she was told someone was in said " WELL I GOTTA USE IT". So the customer needs to leave. She proceeds to knock. Fine! The door is locked, so she will learn that it is in use and wait patiently. She unlocks the door on me, with my privates out and then starts yell how she needs to use it and that I was at fault for not speaking. However, she knew it was occupied. Why this employee thinks the customer should leave the restroom I am confused. The employee should have used the restroom prior to her shift. She should understand that the customers should def have access and polite and tactful patience should be her resolve. If coming in on me wasn't enough we ended up in a shouting match...Yes!!!!! This rude, ignorant didn't even apologize she wanted to criticize me, the customer. I was beside myself. We continue to go back and forth and she is not even using the restroom and threatens that I can't use it again because I didn't get out of her way. All this before 9am. Not sure what her problem is but working with customers is not a position for her. Garbage collection and bathroom duties is the only position she needs.

Employees refuse to let people use the bathroom, claiming its out of service, I saw a gentleman coming out and when I asked for the key parlea (employee) told me that guy worked there, basically stating bathroom was for employees only

Monday 2/14/2022 please change or give your morning person customer service training because she doesn’t know how to welcome anyone. I understand it’s cash only for whatever reason but she said it with such a disgusting attitude. I wasn’t the only customer she did this too. Instead I took my business else where

Disconsiderate of civilian restroom needs. Bathroom is always broken and not accessible to decent looking consumers. Very unprofessional. Hope the cashiers don't ever get diarrhea during their shifts.

Worst 7-11 store around this area, lazy employees who lock the doors whenever they want to keep the store closed during business hours. Stay away from this location unless you want to be disappointed.

Dirty restrooms and the cashier Summer was very rude. She’d rather talk on her cellphone than do her job and she acts as if you’re bothering her when you ask her for help. Forgot where I was so I’m not surprised.
