Very convenient supermarket for some quick snacks, coffee, cigarettes or alcohol. Friendly staff. Service was super fast. Plenty of open parking space.

This particular 7-11 is located at 735 NW 12th Avenue. This is at the foot of the Twelfth Ave. bridge and located due south of the Health District adjacent (close) to Marlins Park. This particular store is very unique in the manner of their specials, i.e. , I have seen many other stores with "two-for" prices. This particular store is the only one I have ever seen with "three-for", i.e., hot dogs, chicken, slices of pizza, etc., prices! The staff is very congenial and attentive to your needs and most are very professional. You will find a host of things to snack on, though it is your personal duty to 'eye' the best bargains of the particular day you visit this particular store. Although at times this store may be crowded, the staff responds accordingly and shrinks the line expediently. Most likely one of the most efficient 7-11's in Dade County. 4 real! JE.

One star because I bought a donut and I had to spit some of it out due to the fact there was a piece of metal in it... anyways I called the store and told them what happened and they didn't seem to care too much only to say we can get you another donut or we can give you a gift card with equal value to that donut which I was not happy with. so I thought I would just leave a one star review instead because finding a piece of metal in my donut really killed me appetite and my high I was not pleased at all with their bakery or their customer service here is picture for proof

I don’t know the bad reviews. They probably already had a long shift, and are tired, and want to snack on something. Let them eat something. They’ll serve you either way. This 7-Eleven is a fast get-and-go place to grab some snack or lunch (they have ramen). It’s a pretty nice area when it isn’t so crowded when SLAM! students comes. When it is crowded, you can still pass by things, and get your stuff. Usually the line isn’t longer than 5 minutes, so it’s fair. I never had an issue apart from crowded areas. It isn’t bad as people describe it to be. It’s sad people describe it like that, but we all have different experiences.

The staff is very nice here. Occasionally you'll get the stray junkie or homeless person come through here who touches all over the donuts and pastries which will make you not want to purchase any. But it's not their fault for the most part. They keep the place pretty clean, but just like most 7 Elevens, it's a hit or miss whether or not the food will be fresh. The one thing that's different about this place is that the staff absolutely doesn't mind making you a fresh serving of whatever you want (pizza, chicken wings, Jamaican patty, etc.) upon request. A small form of entertainment is always provided if you just take a second to look up at the TV screen. I always hang out a few extra minutes just to watch. They have a video playing in front of the store of all the people stealing from their location or stuffing items in their purses, pants, pockets, etc. It's great footage and always gives me a good laugh in the middle of my work day.
