Ordered from them thru Uber Eats...if you are too....DONT DO IT!!! Veggie sandwich came withOUT cheese or the mayo even though it said it would...they added black olives, that was not in the description and also that I happen to hate in anything (taste like bad grapes to me)...fries were cold, cheese sticks were cold, the Beyond burger also came without Cheese and Mayo that was in the description. We called the restaurant and the GM tried to tell us a new law was passed that does not allow Mayo to be put in food, because it is not healthy!!! We thought he was kidding...regardless he gave us a number to call and said just tell them its wrong, I'll still get paid and they will return your money.. but there was nothing he could do...honest of him, but leaves us SOL, best option dont order from here.

Oh man did I want this place to be good. I was looking forward to eating here. After a long, long, flight with turbulence and no service on the flight we were so hungry! We arrived before 9:30 P.M. We decided to dine inside, well I guess the staff did not want to help out the customers because We stood there waiting to place our order, looking so dumb, like they wanted us to just walk away, finally someone greeted us and it wasn't friendly, while we were placing our order the other employees started shouting to lock the front door to the person taking our order and to do it NOW, well how rude that staff member was helping us and walked away and some other person from the kitchen took over like a minute later. So when we got the food, we decided to leave with it because the employees kept staring us down and making us feel unwelcome. When we were walking out, I asked for napkins for the car and the staff member was so obnoxious handing me a million napkins that could not even fit into my hands and I almost dropped my bags of food, she didn't even care she almost made me drop my food everywhere. I had a family of 5, I ordered 5 meals and I asked for some ketchup to go and they handed me 3 packs. I ordered the number 2 and my sandwich hardly had any meat on it, it was all bread and onions. I also read on Google they don't close down at 9:00 P.M, so being treated so rudely was a disgrace. I'm all about spreading kindness and not treating people badly. Upon being treated badly, I still smiled and said THANK YOU to a few employees and not one person acknowledged my thank you or thanked me for coming into this establishment. I wasted $50 dollars here and was treated so rudely and that's disappointing. I don't know how your experience will be, but I hope they can learn kindness and that without the customers the business wouldn't survive.

Service was terrible. The guy who took our order was rude and didn't even come to the window to take our money. He had a female come take of us. She then took my card and took a few mins to give it back. (I am still watching my bank account) i watched the cook have only a glove on one hand but was making food. If it wasn't for the people who I was with wanting to stay, I would have gotten my the money back and left. I did cancel my order though. I was visiting Miami but when I go back, I will not be going back to this location!

Below average food, I would not order again. I ordered a gyro with a Greek salad and mozzarella sticks. One of the mozzarella sticks had no cheese. The salad was brown and was soaked in the dressing. The meat was okay. No sause on the gyro. No utensils were provided even though I specifically requested them since I am in a hotel. I consider leaving 1 star. There are lots of options in the area, don't use this one.

Good thing it's open late at night, but only the drive-through is open after 10 pm. Even, if you order online, you need to go through the driveway to pick it up and wait extra time. I asked to give utensils. They didn't give anything, not even any sauce. I forgot to ask, coz we were in rush. The burger was too dry to eat. The fish basket was not bad. The people working there seem too tired from work. They may need more people.
