Waited 35 minutes for an incorrect order, and the girl at the window was very unprofessional and rude, giving no communication and you could hear laughing behind the kitchen. It’s a very new staff, or they just don’t care. Don’t waste your time, until they hire new people or better people, not worth your time or money at all.

I just remembered why I stopped coming to your useless branch. What kind of trash are you selling ? First my so called "Chicken Sandwich" is RAW. Are you insane ? Then my "BBQ Chicken Tenders" are swimming in what looks like grease and smells like something a wild animal wouldn't even attempt to eat. What is wrong with this branch ? Why can you get anything right ? Your Soda machine throws out more water than a kitchen tap, stop skimming on the drinks ! What kind of nonsense is this ? To the Manager/Owner, fire everyone there, trow out everything into the dustbin then you should just close down, you dont belong in the F&B industry.
All these fake 5 star reviews, only pictures from the owner and Menu, its total BS. Not one single response to any of the 4 star or less. I have attached pictures. The last picture is exactly where your so called food belongs, in the trash.
You are lucky I dont live next to your branch, I would have drove back up and thrown it in your face. What a shame, what a disgrace to the brand.
It's sad that google doesnt allow you to rate a Zero Star.
Enough is enough.

If you ever want to be completely disappointed come and visit this place, only KFC in Miami, that never has most of their chicken. Usually only grilled which noone wants, don't even bother asking for any sauce and mac and cheese usually tastes like it's 4 days old. Stay away from this place

There chicken is really good and tasty and there mac n cheese is delicious, but they took away the potato wedges those are way better than there regular fries they have now and their famous bowl is really good and filling

My kids love to eat this but guys did you know what KFC stands for cause this location don’t know they never have chicken after 8pm so please someone let them know where they work. They for sure don’t know that the main plate is chicken. So why be open till midnight to have fun telling everyone WE DONT HAVE CHICKEN!!!!

The manager of this franchise is very rude and vulgar, I was there like an hour ago and went to the window to ask for a side I was missing and he screamed at me and acted very rude and violent. I will never going to that place again. And I will tell everybody I know about it.

This KFC restaurant is a downer, they took forever with my order and on top of that they didn’t have dipping sauces. WHAT KIND OF FAST FOOD RESTAURANT DOESN’T HAVE DIPPING SAUCES??????!!!!!! On top of that they didn’t have Pot Pies. Honestly, I won’t be going to this KFC location for a while until they stock up
