Mcdonald's

This man right here took my order and I gave him a 10 bill and he thought it was fake I’m noticing there racist I come here daily and I’m not ing funny things no black people and they treat white people good it’s a Cuban town I understand but this is totally wrong the customer service from this guy was horrible when u use coupons they look at u funny

So today I went to McDonald’s and I used the app for my mobile order. I have my Apple Pay card on the app for mobile purchases for McDonald’s. I paid for my food and the card went through and the money was taken out for it. When I went to drive thru the guy said that it was declined and I was like well my card went through because it took out $8 from my card so check your system again. He called the manager and told the manager that the card didn’t go through so I was like whatever try my other card and he’s like it’s nothing working and I was already starting to lose my patience. So I paid in cash and he gets the receipt but I guess he doesn’t know how to do simple math from a $20 bill but it’s okay I guess. The fact that my Apple Pay card took the money out from card yet I had to pay for my food again literally makes no sense. Like don’t be mad when customers have an attitude because the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. i don’t understand why I had to pay twice when it was clearly a mobile order and I had my receipt from it.

Every couple of years I'll go to McDonald's to see if they've improved on matching their photos with their food or improving the quality of it and every time I'm disappointed. It was my first time getting a shake here in nearly 20 years and it will probably be my last. The size of their shakes are a fraction of what they used to be. It's only 5 stars because this location seems to be very well managed. McDonald's itself is garbage.
