Joe & The Juice

I had the Serrano and Avocado sandwich. It was good. Nothing spectacular, I wouldn't crave it again. There was literally 1 slice of ham on it. I'm not exaggerating. The bread is interesting. It's more like a large soft cracker. It came in this cute pink packaging, but I would rather have my money pay for 1 extra slice of ham than pay for pretty packaging!! Was tasty, but left hungry and won't go back again.

The 5 stars are for Edgar, who is by far one of the greatest people I've ever met in the service industry. Always high energy, positive, and I enjoy running into him every day. As an early morning guy and busy Personal Trainer next door at Equinox, Joe and the Juice is my go to spot! I love the energy and atmosphere in this place, Joe and the Juice is the best on Brickell for Coffee, juices, and sandwiches. The location got me there, but the amazing people like Edgar keeps me coming back.

Juice I ordered was nice. Priced properly for the amount and the ingredients and ultimately the Brickell location. But the turkey sandwich was a laughable one slice of turkey one slice of tomato and a poor spread of their "organic pesto". Joe, you can keep the juices. Stop selling sandwiches or make them better for the money you offer it now.

Edgar at this location is SO helpful and a great associate! My parents went here every morning for a week to get breakfast and he always greeted them so cheerfully, made sure that their dietary restrictions were taken care of and was just overall wonderful! Cheers to Joe and the Juice for such an awesome associate!! 💯

Extremely slow service. The juice was prepared and they took 20 minutes afterward to pour cold coffee on ice. Meanwhile, they prepared numerous other online items for other customers. Just to save 5 seconds? I noticed the management tends to just say we are doing our best but clearly their best is far from acceptable.

I’ve tried to order at this location several times the past 6 months and each time the staff finds some excuse as to why I can’t order. First the system was down, then they had supply chain issues, another time there was only one employee there who refused to help me because their colleagues didn’t show up, etc… today I went and waited 7 minutes in line only to find out it was a mobile order only situation. I saw two other people leave upon hearing this. Today there were three people working and not one of them was attentive to the patron needs. It almost felt like they were happy to not have to serve anyone and just talk amongst themselves…
