Burger King

The staff is very friendly & helpful first & foremost i by pass every Burger King when I’m out in that area just to come to this one ! This one is by far my favorite one because the staff is always on point my food is always super fresh & HOT!!!! So is my drink it’s always strong & good & the Gm Manager Is Always Smiling& helpful so as her staff the dining when I get out is always clean & neat like my home. I will recommend this Burger King to anyone to eat at when in the area ! I love Bk 137ave & 112 St.🥳🤩

This place can NEVER get an order right… I don’t review places often especially not fast food places because I understand that sometimes people make mistakes when rushed but this place HAS NEVER gotten an order right. I have ordered from here about 5 times in the past two weeks and NOT ONCE has it been right. I always order through the Mobil app a whopper with no tomato and no onion and add cheese and bacon. NOT ONCE have they added bacon or removed any tomatoes and today my partner goes to pick up the food asks them to double check the order and yet still THEY FORGOT a Hershey pie AND gave me a PLAIN WHOPPER WITH ONLY TOMATO AND ONION… the two things I asked to be removed. I understand once BUT 5 times… the inaccuracy is too much. My poor partner is on his way back to get the correct order…

My kiddos and I had a wonderful experience at this Burger King this morning, thanks to an employee named Michael. He was patient as my kiddos decided what they wanted for breakfast, and he even upsold an iced coffee beverage that I hadn’t considered until he suggested. He was extremely polite, saying things like “Yes, ma’am”, “Certainly, ma’am”, and “Please/thank you ma’am” throughout our exchange. When I passed the first window that he had politely directed me to, he was patient and chuckled along with me when I joked that it was a good thing he suggested coffee for me. When I asked his name and to speak with his manager, he immediately obliged, though I didn’t mention that it was for a compliment. Judging by the relief on both of his managers’s faces, he was unaware that it was for a compliment. As I told his managers, if I were still in the hospitality business, I would’ve recruited Michael to work with me, as he embodies what true customer service is! This is especially impressive during these times where most businesses are understaffed and employees are often overwhelmed. Thank you Michael for getting our morning started on a great note! Kudos to his managers for giving Michael the tools to provide such exceptional service. My kiddos and I will definitely visit you all again soon!

Cashier look like a zombie, no hello, no thank you. With a face that she didn't want to be there and do her job. Kitchen was worse, somebody helping to do the burgers with no gloves, touching, bread, burgers and cheese with bare hands. Then she wiped her hands on her jeans, check her phone, eat some fries straight from the bin touching her fingers with the mouth and proceeded to help again.. disgusting!! 'Luckily' my burgers were made by somebody with gloves on, but gloves are clean as long as you keep them clean. Will no back to these place, and whoever wants to eat there : Good Luck!, Covid is practically gone, welcome back stomach viruses!

Hi, We've visited this BK 6 more times and Debbie GM and her entire crew were very friendly, welcoming and speedily expediting the orders. Debbie. Lucy & Pam were speedily expediting the orders & giving them to the customers. They are great & asset to BK. Its always a pleasure visiting this BK.Debbie and her crew make you feel as part of the BK family. KUDOS TO HER AND HER TEAM. 👏💯⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m giving this review 5 stars because of Pamela. Went to Burger King 2 days through the drive thru. I was greeted by the happiest warmest employee through the speaker she made my day. I originally ordered the classic whopper and the a whopper jr and she recommended to try that new south western burger combo with fries and a drink which I hope they make it a permanent item because it was so delicious. I order the whopper jr which was also good and fresh!

I place my order online for pick up at 8:05pm and when I got to the restaurant, the drive thru and the whole restaurant is closed. Even thought the operation hours says open till 10:00pm and on google maps shows as open. I mean if your changing your hours at least have the respect to update the information for your customers. Never coming back.
