Pizza Hut

It was a good experience. Good parking spaces, it's kinda tight for cars to cruise around without having another driver nearly getting into your car🤨(well, it's not Walmart or Costco's parking spaces🤭). The staff was nice and process the order efficiently. The only thing is the overall design, it would be nice if the owner updated the place. It obviously needs a better look; it's clean though. Got home with the pizza ( big dinner box), the kids loved it, but they didn't like the brownies, they said it was kinda too doughy... Besides that, it was a good experience.

Eating my pizza I did a half pepperoni half Bacon and onion and I was saying to myself it tastes weird. Low and behold As I pulled the cheese off to see so many pieces of raw bacon. I called the store and to my avail the manager didn’t come To the phone I had to ask for her I can hear her in the back ground as she is coming to the phone who want me who want me. She comes on the phone and say YEAH poor customer service. I’m telling her about the raw bacon and she begins to tell me it’s nothing they can do because the pizza is cooked at a certain degree. Young lady the back was under cheese and now I have the taste of raw bacon in my mouth. I was talking to my husband in the back using profanity asking him what was funny about eat raw bacon an sister girl had the unmitigated gall to say who’s laughing and why are you cursing. She ended up giving a $10 credit but will still reach out to corporate For the unprofessionalism of the manager(MEME). This was the first time in a long time going there and the last time. The attached pics are of the RAW bacon.

Place an online order supreme pizza 2 L Pepsi six traditional wings. Get all the way home open the wings it’s boneless !!!! Hoped back in my car take it back up there, tell them their mistake. No apology, for messing up my order. It wasn’t until I said something about the apology is when the manager offered to make the correct wing’s. No thanks just give me my money back!!!! I don’t recommend location. Very unprofessional.

I never received my order. I made my first order of the BIG BOX 22.99 at 5:40pm with an estimated time between 75-85 minutes. My first order was supposed to be delivered with an estimated time of 7:10pm. I called to check the status of my order at 7:40pm. The representative I spoke with had stated my order was being completed and leaving the store by 8:05pm. I waited, once it was 8:30pm I called again, the representative had stated that the order left the restaurante at 8:01pm. I never received my meal or pizza. Again, having to rely on UBEREATS for my meal; AGAIN! SMH you wanna help people out in real life but nope.

I don't give this store 0 because i can't. After I place my order I was told that it will take 10 to 15 minutes. After some fail tries every 20 minutes they only stays not yet you need to wait. It tooks me an hour finally to pick up my pizza. Conditions at the place are really bad. I called costumer service during my staying and I will try to contact Health departament and the county in order to summit a formal claim. There is no way that a place can operate like this. Also many people at the place upset because order issues. Contact support says somebody will contact to me with in 3 days. I hope some inspector sudenly go to that place and close it down becuse they are with a lot of violations at that place, the workers really bad team on 7/2/2020 evening shift. I will do all possible in order they fix the situation. I do have pictures tjat i took in order to show violations that I will eventually will show to the right person.I sugest be aware of places like this place 13715 nw 7 ave, N. Miami,Fl, 33168.

Do you like waiting over 4 hours for a pizza that will never arrive? Do you like being told that your order was canceled because you never received a phone call? Do you like being lied to about a replacement order coming your way? If your answer is yes, then this Pizza Hut location is for you!!! I placed an order on 11/22/21 at 3:32pm, it is now 11/23/21 and they're still making my order. I guess they're trying to put as much love as possible into every single ingredient.
