Dunkin'

When I walked in, the person behind the counter never even acknowledges I was there. He did the same thing to another customer after me. Then, as I was waiting by the mobile order pick up, he sees me there, doesn't ask if the order he's putting on the counter is mine. Then, he places it at the far end of the counter, making me have to overreach just to get my order. Horrible service. When I told him it was my order and he placed far from me, he just said "oh, my bad." And walked away. Customer service is truly dying.

Don't really want to rate the place because I haven't been there but I started taking my son to Jiu Jitsu next door at 6 pm and the place has never been open when we get there around 5:45 pm. Despite listing online that they're open until 8 pm. Also, I checked the doors/windows and there are no hours posted.

Dunkin Donuts just lost a life long customer today, probably the worse experience I have ever had at a restaurant. My mobile ordering was missing my iced coffee’s when I tried to communicate this I was laughed at for not speaking Spanish. Order was wrong then I was laughed at by the workers, I understand this is Miami but really.

I loved this location of DD and it was perfect because it was on our way to UM. We had breakfast here and a coffee latte. The coffee was too strong for my taste but that breakfast bowl with chorizo, peppers, and onions was amazing. We liked it so much. They have seating area inside with free wi-fi and great service. Thank you!!
