Custom chicken chop with cilantro sauce ...if you're not feeling like licking the screen then you might not like this place. But I highly recommend. Best fast food in south Florida

Lady made me pull forward and wait so that the drive through clock would rate them as quick.when in reality it's all a scam they are doing..plus
The lady cashier didn't even let me ask for condiments..she seemed upset to have to go back inside to get me condiments..bad bad experience...0stars

This was horrible. Ordered half a chicken and pork pieces. The pork was charred black and I almost choked on it. Whoever is there did not train properly regarding the cooking temperature or time.
Chicken was extremely dry and was cold that I had to reheat it. The beans were bland.
From a customer service standpoint, asked for sweet plantains and they had none. Forgot the sauces as well. This was terrible.

I have been to many of them, and for years because I really like their food, but I don't know what is happening that the service and the food is terrible, the workers have no education! They serve you in your order whatever they charge you more! It's a shame that this is happening!

Drove by because wanted to try the churrasco tropichop. I must say wasn’t what I expected... 👀, it is interesting how you can see differences amongst the Pollo Tropical sites around the city (how food is served as well as amounts of the components to the meals) Let’s validate people’s money, it doesn’t come from a tree.

Every time I come to this pollo tropical they always mess something up bro. Like today I went, and they literally had someone parked in the drive through in front (Blocking the whole driveway for the drive through) of the door so they could beat their little timer, while I’m literally waiting to leave after getting my food. What is that? Also they only give 1 cilantro ranch packet with my whole meal, this little packet is definitely not enough for my meal.

Long line long wait awful customer service, food is like any other pollo tropical if you don't mind waiting for a long time. Only drive through and no way to pick up if you make an online order other than making the line with everybody else that's gonna order at the moment, express? Really?

Terrible services. They always rush you. They evento speak that fast that you can't understand what they say nor in English, nor in Spanish. On top if that the 2 times I have been there they miss something. The first time was the sauces and the second time they didn't give me cuttlery, the sauces and worst of all the didn't put the chicken to my chicken salad... I don't know if serve fast is the same at not serve at all...I will never come back in my life.
