Jade's Garden

My client was treated horribly rude by "Mercedes" as Mercedes was unwilling to show the apartment once she found out that they had two registered service animals. It is discriminatory to reject service animals in any way shape or form as they are legally protected. I hope the owner of this property educates his employees further as they could be facing a large lawsuit due to this.

Surrounding community is amazing. Not typical Miami here! Apartment is a bit dated, but rent is reasonable for a 2/1 in this area. The only major issues I have are the water pressure and worse, the roaches. I know we are in south Florida, and they do have pest control spray, but it honestly does not help. PLEASE TAKE BETTER CONTROL OF THE ROACH PROBLEM. Other wise this place great to live, quiet community.

Already a month since we moved and it’s been great! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Great food at a walking distance and all sorts of amenities needed for city living. Community is well maintained and the staff amazing, thanks to Michelle for assisting us in joining the Jade Gardens community. Highly recommend.

I have been living at Jade Gardens for a few years now, I LOVE IT! Jackie has been so AMAZING in anything I need for my apartment. Colby has been very helpful with any questions I have ever had. Tony & his Maintenance Team have always been so kind & helpful and quick to fix anything (they usually get things fixed within 24 hours). That's just the staff. The neighborhood is pretty peaceful for being near US1 and the apartment complex is so centrally located to everything. I also love seeing how pet friendly Jade Garden's complex is and still kept so clean. I am so lucky to have found this gem of a place.
